Effective July 6, 2026 · applies to dugatto.com and the Dugatto apps

What Dugatto is

Dugatto is an invite-only workshop for making AI music: it turns reference songs and ideas into Suno-ready style text and lyrics, and tracks your catalog. This policy covers the website at dugatto.com and the Dugatto apps, which are the same service.

What we collect

Your account (email, name, and a hashed password — we can never read the password itself), and the content you create: songs you add, analyses, styles, lyrics, drafts, and catalog records. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store card details.

How we use it

Only to run the service. Song titles, artist names, and the topics you type are sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI) to produce analyses, styles, and lyrics — never your account details. We don't sell data, run ads, or use third-party tracking. Cookies are used for one thing: keeping you signed in.

Where it lives

Data is stored on managed infrastructure (Postgres and object storage) with encrypted connections and nightly backups. Access is limited to the operator of the service.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your songs, lyrics, and drafts in the app at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, or to ask anything about this policy, email nate@livewirelabs.com. We'll confirm within a few days.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here and update the date above.
