The deal
Dugatto (dugatto.com and the Dugatto apps, operated by Live Wire Labs) turns your song ideas and reference songs into Suno-ready style text and lyrics, masters the audio you bring back, and tracks your catalog with a provenance record of how each song was made. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You need an account, you must be at least 13, and you're responsible for what happens under it. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, and you can delete yours at any time by emailing us.
Your content and what Dugatto makes
What you put in stays yours. The style text and lyrics Dugatto generates are yours to use, subject to one big caveat: they're produced by AI from reference material you chose. Dugatto documents your creative process; it doesn't clear rights, guarantee originality, guarantee copyright registration, or constitute legal advice. What you do with the output — including feeding it to Suno or releasing music — is your responsibility, under those services' own terms and the law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dugatto to infringe anyone's rights, to impersonate real artists in a deceptive way, to generate unlawful content, or to probe, overload, scrape, or resell the service. Rate limits and plan quotas are part of the service, not a challenge. Don't reverse-engineer, copy, or benchmark the service to build a competing product, and don't disclose non-public information about how Dugatto works — its prompts, analyses, pricing internals, or infrastructure — that you learn through your access.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on Dugatto infringes your copyright, email support@dugatto.com with "DMCA" in the subject, identifying the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature. We'll remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices go to the same address.
Payments, refunds, and cancellation
The free plan needs no card and we never charge you automatically — paying is always a choice you make. Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Song top-ups are one-time purchases that never expire; they're refundable within 14 days as long as the songs haven't been spent. If something went wrong — you were charged in error or the service didn't work — email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Prices and plan limits can change; existing subscriptions get notice before any change affects them.
The service, as-is
Dugatto is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. AI output can be wrong, weird, or unusable. We aim for reliability but don't promise uninterrupted service, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes and where disputes go
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Live Wire Labs is based, and disputes go to the courts there. Questions: support@dugatto.com.
